The avenue interface. Each clip is mapped to the Ableton controller and played in time to the music. This is not the file that was used on the night, this is my interface to show all the clips and how they would be used.
After some decision making Dan and myself decided to collaborate using his track and visuals. Here is the track that dan produced.
For my track I wanted it to have an electro style and sound similar to the indie/electro band Delphic. I found it quite frustrating finding and creating the correct sounding audio, therefore I decided to edit a current track. This enabled me to get the correct sound, then apply effects to give me some original audio. Here are some screen-shots that show the cutting and editing for the basis of my track.
